with T. Helen Sage

Add to your calendar
Date: January 16, 7:00 pm
Continues Until:
Location: Crested Butte Library
Details: Did you go overboard during the holidays? If you feel like you need a little help kicking the sugar habit, then this is the program for you. T. Helen Sage will teach us some new ways to view food that will help you control how you eat and stop letting food control you! You will get some simple, easy steps to kick the sugar addiction for good! T. Helen Sage is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Forrest Yoga Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Reiki Practitioner. 4 years ago her life crashed and the world as she knew it had ended. She used lots of chocolate and honey to deal with a lot of it. This lead to an overgrowth of yeast and bugs in her gut. Now she has been chocolate free for over a year and doesn’t even crave it. She is excited to share her knowledge with you.
