Details: Gunnison Congregational Church – United Church of Christ is hosting a year-long book discussion group on topics of social justice on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., in the Church Office, 123 W. Tomichi Ave., #1. May’s book is The Search for Common Ground by Howard Thurman A beautiful essay on the nature of humanity and our capacity for connection even during division — written in Thurman’s characteristic gracious yet convicting style.
