Details: Shuffle off to Buffalo: Introduction to Tap for Adults ~ (Ages 16 - Adult)

Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  January 21 - March 11.
Ever wanted to try out your taping shoes? This class is for you. Students will learn rhythm, timing and leg and foot coordination to music, parts of the shoe and the history of tap dance. After learning basic combinations, students will be able to put together a structured dance. Students must supply their own tap shoes (no high heel tap shoes please) and wear comfortable workout clothes.  This class will be held at Western State Colorado University in Taylor Hall room 130.  $90 for eight sessions.  Register for this class by visiting Extended Studies at www.western.edu/academics/extended-studies, calling (970) 943-2885 or by visiting the Extended Studies office at 303 Taylor, WSCU.
