Join our once a month Herb Class Series with Rose of Wellness owner Briana Wiles. Discover bear medicine, and meet a most powerful and elusive native plant, Osha, which only grows in a few areas. Our mountains happen to host Osha in abundance! We will learn how this local plant can be made into a yummy medicine that is good for lower respiratory issues, lung congestion and sore throats especially at the onset of the cold and flu. Over-harvesting of this plant is a threat, however, so we will learn how to properly and respectfully take only what we need. Class includes a 1-ounce bottle of elixir.
Time: 2:00-3:00 pm
Cost: $25 per class or $90 for 4-class punch card
