Join a tour during the Crested Butte Arts Festival to learn more about the the artwork denoting the entrance to the Arts Festival, the site-specific artwork on the bridges over Coal Creek and Coal Creek itself.
During the tours, get information on the background of the bridge and entrance projects and hear from the artists themselves about their vision and process. During the tours given by the Coal Creek Coalition, learn more about our watershed, the creek, environmental concerns and local water issues.
Please sign up for tours at the Crested Butte Arts Festival Programming Booth on Elk Avenue during Arts Festival. Tours will meet at that booth and leave at the noted times. There will also be information at the Programming Booth on taking a self-guided tour, including how kids and families can do a self-guided scavenger hunt, and upon completion, return to the booth for prize bags.

Friday, August 3, 5:00 p.m.: Entryway Lecture and Tour to kick off the opening of the CB Arts Festival
Saturday, August 4, 1:00 p.m.: Bridge Tour
Saturday, August 4, 4:00 p.m.: Coal Creek Coalition Tour
Sunday, August 5, 11:00 a.m.: Bridge Tour
Sunday, August 5, 2:00 p.m.: Coal Creek Coalition Tour for Kids with a Scavenger Hunt and Prize Bags
